How do you take your tea or coffee?

Funny that I should be asked because I just walked back from the kitchen were I was talking about this question exactly.

My boss makes his coffee so strong that the office calls it 'the oil'. For me this is counterintuitive because while the effect of the coffee goes up (caffeine/sugar), the taste equally goes down. I don't drink coffee for the buzz, I drink it because I really love the taste and this is exactly why I can't drink coffee at work.

I will admit that I am a coffee snob for this reason. The people who can drink coffee sludge are the people who use coffee as a means to an end.  I need to have the highest quality beans, freshly ground and well brewed. There is nothing better than not having to use much cream and sugar because the coffee tastes good enough.
